Daniela Messina, JD

Daniela Messina is the founder and managing member of Portside Capital Solutions, which advises private equity funds, single and multi-family offices, emerging managers, independent sponsors and corporate clients on deal sourcing, capital formation and strategic planning. The work spans healthcare, technology and climate tech.

She came to it from the other side of the same table. She was director of business development and investor relations at Avante Capital Partners, and before that director of business development for private equity and family offices at Nixon Peabody, alongside earlier work in government, politics and corporate and crisis communications.

She holds a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School and a degree from Bentley University.
